In addition to the total vinyl fence cost, be prepared to pay a $40.00 permit fee for fences up to six feet tall and $50.00 for fences over 6 feet. If you are installing fencing yourself, you are responsible for having your utilities marked. For any excavation that takes place on your property, please contact Gopher State One Call at least 48 hours before your project start date, excluding holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that private utilities, such as underground electrical lines to outbuildings and plumbing for swimming pools will need to be marked by a private utility locator.
