Northland Fence started right here in Minnesota back in 2004. It was initially a two-man operation between our owner, Patrick, and one other employee. Nowadays, Northland Fence has over 100 employees! Patrick had worked for years with his family in the fencing industry, learning how to install fencing from his father when he was little and sticking with the industry even today. As a family-owned business, we treat our employees and customers like they’re also a part of our family. We want to offer you the best and ensure you get quality fencing that lasts.
We make sure to treat our employees right as well. We pay them during the winter and down seasons and ensure they’re well taken care of. This ensures that we have long-term employees who have experience and offer the best service possible. They’ll be there during the length of your warranty if you ever need service or repairs, unlike other fence installers who often subcontract out. If your fence needs repair 5 years from now, subcontractors are often long gone so you get stuck with a broken fence despite whatever warranties were promised.
